Imagination, the Writer and the Word.

A writer uses words to create something that not only exists on the page but also exists in the reader’s mind. It is not a temporal/physical existence but it is a real imaginative existence. What engenders this imaginative existence, character, voice, narrative, plot etc. How is character revealed through the narrative’s dialogue and action? What fuels that dialogue and action – the character’s inner world, their thoughts. How does point of view deliver the character? How can your imagination make a character live on the page?  (according to Ó F)
